In-House Maintenance Team
Clients with us receive top priority status in all things maintenance. With an in-house and dedicated team we're able to provide fast, effective and efficient service on any maintenance or emergency call. From a quick service to full scale rehabs we have a team for you.
Property Marketing
We will find the right tenant for your property with our team working on your behalf. We work diligently to spread the word about your vacancy by marketing vacant units to prospective tenants through multiple advertising website platforms.
Tenant Screening
Determine the eligibility of prospective tenants, following all state and government regulations. We will process telephone inquiries, screen and qualify potential tenants by obtaining a full rental application, income, and employment verification, prior landlord reference checks, social media checks, and more to ensure we place the best tenant in your home.
Rent Collection
Rent is due on or before the first of the month and is delinquent the following day. We will follow up daily with late notices and proceed accordingly. Monthly rent and security deposit collection. Prepare final dispositions of security deposits.
Accounting and Reporting
Rents are meticulously recorded and all requested expenses are paid in a timely fashion. Our detailed Monthly Management Reports are sent on the 15th of the month. This report includes a description of the current leasing activities and any issues at your property. Proceeds will be sent with the reports.
Property Inspections
Perform general building and apartment inspections and provide inspection reports to the Property Owner.
Evictions
We carry out the legal processes to remove a tenant from start to finish and can stand in your place in court proceedings. When all is said and done, we'll find a great new tenant for the property.
